Louisiana Man Gets 10-Year Prison Sentence for Robbing Pittsburgh Bank

News Release: PITTSBURGH - A former resident of Crowley, Louisiana, has been sentenced in federal court on his conviction of bank robbery. Kirk Stutes, 52, received a sentence of 120 months imprisonment, followed by three years supervised release. Stutes was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $700.00, a Special Assessment in the amount of $100.00. In addition, the Court ordered that $3,148.00 shall be paid through forfeiture of funds recovered from Stutes.
