Nineteen named in superseding indictment for $200,000 check-kiting conspiracy

Ross, who handled the case, stated that the defendant obtained fraudulent W-2 forms from James Chatmon and used the forms to file false tax returns for tax years 2011, 2012 and 2014. As a result the defendant obtained tax refunds which she was not entitled to receive.
