In a separate prosecution, Kaleigh Horn, 25, of Chillicothe, Ohio, was sentenced to three years and two months in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute heroin.

Ferrick, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced that PETER RESSLER, 68, of Woodbridge, was charged today by federal criminal complaint with embezzlement of debtor’s funds. RESSLER was an attorney with a bankruptcy practice based in New Haven.

In announcing the federal sentence, U.S. District Judge Paul L. Maloney ordered that of the 20-year sentence, 15 years must be served after Heinsen finishes his 40-60 year sentence in a related Barry County Criminal Sexual Conduct case.
