Bernalillo County Man Pleads Guilty to Failing to Update his Sex Offender Registration

News Release: ALBUQUERQUE - Bruce Hayes Bell, 65, of Albuquerque, N.M., pled guilty this morning in federal court to violating the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).
