Choctaw Resident Found Guilty of Murder on Reservation

News Release: HARRISBURG - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that Khalid Fahide Carter, age 22, of Harrisburg, was convicted by a federal jury of distribution of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
