News Release: SCRANTON - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that William Bonilla, Jr., age 31, and William Davis, age 29, both inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution, Schuylkill, in Minersville, Pennsylvania (FCI Schuylkill), were indicted on Dec. 20, 2016, by a federal grand jury for conspiracy and attempt to obtain marijuana and synthetic marijuana in FCI Schuylkill.
