Denver Man Sentenced to 7 1/2 Years in Prison for Possessing Firearms in Furtherance of Drug Trafficking

News Release: DENVER - U.S. Attorney John Walsh announced that Robert T. Black, age 32, of Denver, was sentenced on June 30, 2016, to 90 months’ imprisonment. Black previously pled guilty to one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking. In addition to imprisonment, U.S. District Court Judge William J. Martinez sentenced Black to five years of supervised release and a $10,000 fine.

NOAA, partners predict smaller harmful algal bloom for western Lake Erie
