April 2016 Complaints Down and On-Time Performance Up From Previous Year, March 2016

FMCSA Orders Shutdown of Massachusetts Trucking Company

News Release: WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) today announced that it has ordered Lowell, Massachusetts-based Flavio Borges Prado, doing business as Golden Eagle Delivery, USDOT No. 2290193, to immediately cease all intrastate and interstate operations after a federal investigation found the carrier to pose an imminent hazard to public safety.
