BLM Seeks Input on Fire Salvage Project near Lolo Creek

News Release: Cottonwood, ID - The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Cottonwood Field Office has initiated a public scoping period seeking feedback on a 49.6 acre fire salvage proposal that will include harvest of dead and dying trees on an 80-acre forested BLM parcel located in the Lolo Creek watershed. An environmental assessment (EA) will be completed for the Lolo 80 Salvage project in order to analyze the potential effects of the proposed action.
