Rochester Couple Charged with Sex Trafficking

News Release: ROCHESTER, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Frederick Evans, 38, and LaShara Evans, 36, both of Rochester, NY, were charged by criminal complaint with sex trafficking with force, fraud or coercion and sex trafficking of a minor.
