Gomez sentenced today Edridge Clyne, 45, to six months imprisonment followed by six months of home confinement and two years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, United States Attorney Ronald W. News Release: Greenbelt, Maryland - Abdelrahim Ayyad, a/k/a Sahid, age 50, of White Plains, Maryland, pleaded guilty today to: an armed robbery conspiracy; two armed commercial robberies; and to using and brandishing a firearm in relation to a crime of violence. Ayyad was originally scheduled to go to trial today on those charges, but instead pleaded guilty to the superseding indictment.


News Release: POCATELLO - Kim Thompson, 49, of Rigby, Idaho, was sentenced today to three years of probation, including six months of home confinement for bankruptcy fraud, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered Thompson to pay a fine of $3,000. Thompson pleaded guilty on Feb. 10, 2016.
