Oberly, III, United States Attorney for the District of Delaware, announced today that Sean Moore, age 43, of New Castle, Del., pleaded guilty to three counts of federal program theft before U.S. District Judge Richard G. Andrews. Moore is scheduled to be sentenced on March 2, 2017.


News Release: COEUR D’ALENE - Nathaniel Johnson Boychief, 30, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, was sentenced today in United States District Court to 18 months in prison followed by 3 years supervised release for possession with intent to distribute heroin and oxycodone, U.S. Attorney Wendy J.
