Hochul Jr. announced today that Nicholas Mussolini, 30, Williamsville, NY, who was convicted of wire fraud, was sentenced to 27 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara. Musssolini was also ordered to pay $ 1,028,782 in restitution.
