Laguna Pueblo Man Sentenced to Prison for Federal Sexual Abuse Conviction

News Release: ALBUQUERQUE - Benjamin Shiosee, 38, a member and resident of Laguna Pueblo, N.M., was sentenced this morning in federal court in Albuquerque, N.M., to 36 months in prison followed by 25 years of supervised release. Delahanty II announced that Daniel Lyons, 42, and Laura Lyons, 31, of Bangor were sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Chief Judge Nancy Torresen. Daniel was sentenced to three years in prison, Laura was sentenced to two years in prison, and both were ordered to serve three years of supervised release for maintaining a drug involved premises.
