Fairfield Man Sentenced to Time Served for Illegally Possessing Firearms and Ammunition

News Release: Bangor, Maine: United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Steven Lemieux, 54, of Fairfield, Maine, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Judge John A. Woodcock, Jr. to time served (over six months) for illegally possessing firearms and ammunition. He was also fined $5,000. Lemieux was convicted on June 15, 2017 following a two-day jury trial. He has been in federal custody since May 14, 2017.
