Man Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison for “Sextortion” Offense

News Release: TUCSON, Ariz. - Today, Donald Macarthur, 39, of Lehi, Utah, was sentenced by U.S. Chief District Judge Raner C. Collins to 20 years in prison. Macarthur had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of production of child pornography in two separate cases. Macarthur’s term of imprisonment will be followed by lifetime supervised release, with stringent sex offender conditions, including the condition that he register as a sex offender.


Manager of an Orlando-Area Heroin Trafficking Organization Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison

News Release: Orlando, Florida - United States District Judge Carlos E. Mendoza today sentenced Zuleyka Jeanette Colon-Rivera (25, Orlando) to 20 years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute heroin, and distributing and possessing with the intent to distribute heroin. Colon-Rivera was found guilty by a jury on Oct. 26, 2016.
