Newark Man Sentenced to 12 Months and a Day' Imprisonment in Structuring Case

News Release: WILMINGTON, Del. - David C. Weiss, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Delaware, announced today that Matthew Czap, age 68, formerly of Newark, was sentenced on July 12, 2017, by Chief U. S. District Court Leonard P. Stark to one year and one day of imprisonment and 2 years of supervised release. The sentencing came after Mr. Czap pleaded guilty on March 22, 2017 to one count of structuring financial transactions to avoid currency reporting requirements.


Shawano Man Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison for Child Sexual Abuse On the Menominee Indian Reservation
