Akron men indicted for trafficking crystal methamphetamine

New Albany Man Sentenced to 200 Months in Prison for Role in Cocaine Trafficking Conspiracy

News Release: COLUMBUS, Ohio - Oscar Collado-Rivera, 32, of New Albany, Ohio, was sentenced in U.S. District Court to 200 months in prison for conspiring with others to distribute more than 150 kilograms of cocaine.

Shon Wayne Cobbs, 45, previously pleaded guilty to a single-count indictment charging him with being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Virginia Woman Sentenced to Eight Years in Federal Prison for Sex Trafficking a 16-Year-Old Girl

News Release: Baltimore, Maryland - Heather Wagoner, age 31, of Buchanan, Virginia was sentenced to eight years in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release by U.S. District Judge Ellen L. Hollander. Wagoner pleaded guilty to a sex trafficking conspiracy involving a 16 year old girl.


News Release: Jacksonville, Florida - U.S. District Judge Brian J. Davis today sentenced Justin Laurence McKinley (49, Jacksonville) to 30 years in federal prison for communicating over the Internet with foreign nationals and soliciting the live molestation of children for online viewing. He was also ordered to serve a life term of supervision upon his release and to register as a sex offender.

News Release: Acting U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that CRAIG A. TAFFARO, age 70, of Harvey and a former Chief Deputy for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office, was charged today in a two-count Indictment with tax evasion and filing a false tax return.


News Release: Tampa, Florida- Acting United States Attorney W. Stephen Muldrow announces that a federal jury has found Wayne St. Aubyn Smith (50, Parrish), a/k/a Wayne Smith El-Bey, guilty of attempting to file a false lien against a federal judge. He faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison. A sentencing hearing has not yet been set.
