News Release: CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - On June 19, 2017, Allen Carney, 30, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, was sentenced to serve 240 months in prison by the Honorable Harry S. Mattice, Jr., U.S. District Judge. Following a March 2017 jury trial, Carney was convicted of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
