News Release: WASHINGTON – U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine L. Chao today announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Build America Bureau (the Bureau) will provide a $106.95 million Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) loan to the Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise (HPTE) at 2.81% with a term of 35 years after substantial completion to finance the completion of the C-470 Express Lanes Project (the Project).

In April, DOT received 1,909 complaints about airline service from consumers, up 70.0 percent from the total of 1,123 filed in April 2016 and up 68.6 percent from the 1,132 received in March 2017.

Fort Hall Man Sentenced to 30 Years in Prison for Second-Degree Murder
