Stuart announced that Kyle Brenner, 56, formerly from Bellevue, Nebraska, was sentenced on June 5, 2017 in federal court in Omaha for receiving child pornography. Chief United States District Court Judge Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Brenner to five years of imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system.
