News Release: SAN JOSE, Calif. - Victor Francisco Ramirez, Jr., 20, of San Jose was sentenced today to 120 months in prison for his role in a conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. The sentence was announced by Drug Enforcement (DEA) Special Agent in Charge John J. Martin and United States Attorney Brian J. Stretch. The sentence was handed down by U.S. District Judge Beth Labson Freeman following Ramirez’s guilty plea on Nov. 15, 2016.
