Milford Man Sentenced to 7 1/2 Years for Stealing and Illegally Possessing Firearms

News Release: Bangor, Maine: United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Travis J. Stinson, 40, of Milford, Maine was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by John A. Woodcock, Jr. to 7½ years in prison and three years of supervised release for stealing firearms from a licensed firearms dealer and for being a felon in possession of firearms. He was also ordered to pay $3,657 in restitution. Stinson pleaded guilty on July 21, 2017.
