Ewa Beach Man Sentenced To 88 Months For Fireworks, Methamphetamine Charges

News Release: HONOLULU - Malcolm Militante, 51, formerly a resident of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, was sentenced yesterday to 88 months’ imprisonment for possession of explosives, namely display fireworks, and for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. As part of his sentence, Militante must pay $2,966.60 in restitution to Hawaii Explosives & Pyrotechnics (HEP), the company from which Militante stole the fireworks.


State of Georgia Awarded $110 Million In Grants To Aid Crime Victims

News Release: ATLANTA - The U.S. Attorneys for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia and the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC), announce the award of more than $110 million to fund local victim assistance programs across the state and to help compensate victims for crime-related losses.
