News Release: CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Alan F. Luboff, 51, of Parkland, Florida, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Max O. Cogburn, Jr. to 15 months in prison and three years of supervised release on wire fraud charges, announced Andrew Murray, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.
