Mr. Waugh’s jury trial began on Aug. 14, 2018 and concluded on Aug. 15, 2018 with the guilty verdict. Sentencing occurred following the completion of a presentence report.

News Release: Bangor, Maine: United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Nicole Truman, 36, of Gardiner, Maine, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Judge John A. Woodcock, Jr. to 70 months in prison and three years of supervised release for conspiring to distribute heroin, cocaine base, commonly known as “crack," and fentanyl. She pled guilty on May 24, 2018.

News Release: St. Louis, MO - Dr. Philip Dean, 62, a resident of Warren County, Missouri, was sentenced today to 40 months of imprisonment and ordered to pay restitution to the Medicare and Medicaid programs in the amount of $312,377.
