News Release: Acting United States Attorney Robert C. Stuart announced that Don Bauermeister, 44, was sentenced in federal court in Omaha. Bauermeister was an Assistant City Attorney in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He entered a plea of guilty to conspiracy to distribute at least 13 pounds but less than 20 pounds of marijuana. The Honorable Laurie Smith Camp, Chief United States District Court Judge, sentenced Bauermeister to five years of probation and a $5,000.00 fine.


McCaskill, Kuster, Johnson, and Turner Introduce Legislation to Improve Sexual Violence Data Collection
