Hatch Announces Hearing for IRS Nominee Rettig

Clark has been detained since his arrest on March 8, 2018. He was employed as a teacher at First Coast High School in Jacksonville.


Westbrook Man Charged with Interfering with Commerce by Robbery

News Release: Portland, Maine: United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Travis Jonathon Card, 38, of Westbrook, Maine, was charged today by criminal complaint in U.S. District Court with interference with commerce by robbery.


Des Moines Man Sentenced for Methamphetamine and Firearm Crimes

News Release: DES MOINES, Iowa-- On June 21, 2018, Timothy Ray Kain, age 30, of Des Moines, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey to 210 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense announced United States Attorney Marc Krickbaum. Kain was ordered to serve five years of supervised release to follow his prison term.

West Virginia woman with gun stopped by TSA at Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport checkpoint

Release: ROANOKE, Va. - A West Virginia woman was stopped by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with a loaded handgun at the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport checkpoint on Thursday, June 21. The TSA officer who was staffing the checkpoint X-ray monitor detected the.38 caliber handgun inside the woman’s carry-on bag. The gun was loaded with six bullets.
