News Release: HONOLULU - Dustin Trey Miyakawa, 32, a resident of Oahu, was indicted by a federal grand jury today with attempted enticement and coercion of a minor, solicitation of a minor for a commercial sex act, and attempted production of child pornography. Miyakawa was previously arrested on May 3, 2018, and ordered detained pending further proceedings.


Armed Drug Trafficker Pleads Guilty

News Release: ROCHESTER, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Phillip Taylor, 28, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty before Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr. to possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison, and a fine of $2,000,000 or both.
