Hale sentenced Louisville, Kentucky, man, Sukhjit Bains to 63 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release and a $25,000 fine for being a felon in possession of firearms and for possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute, announced United States Attorney Russell M. Coleman. There is no parole in the federal system.
