Convicted Felon Charged with Firearm and Drug Law Violations

News Release: PITTSBURGH, PA- A resident of Duquesne, PA, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges of violating federal drug and firearms laws, United States Attorney Scott W. Brady announced today.


Three indicted for illegal drug and gun sales in Riverdale strip mall

News Release: ATLANTA - Kyle C. Sims, Herman A. Fields, and Peter Armour have been indicted for selling illegal guns and drugs out of a store in Riverdale, Georgia. Sims and Armour were charged with possessing a machinegun, which they sold for $1,250 in cash. Sims and Fields were charged with conspiring to distribute marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine and Xanax. Sims was also charged with two counts of possessing a firearm after being convicted of a felony.


News Release: GREAT FALLS-Poplar resident Richard Allen Granbois, who admitted to possessing methamphetamine for distribution and possessing a firearms in connection with drug trafficking, was sentenced today to six years in prison and five years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said.

Brooklyn Man Pleads Guilty to Investment Scheme That Defrauded Elderly Victims

News Release: Earlier today in federal court in Brooklyn, John Cucinella, the former investment manager of Mackrow Asset Management Group (Mackrow), a purported asset management firm located in Brooklyn, pleaded guilty to securities fraud. As part of his plea, Cucinella agreed to forfeit $948,530 that he misappropriated from investors. The guilty plea was before United States Magistrate Judge Steven L. Tiscione.

News Release: MACON - A federal judge sentenced a bank robber to 48 months in prison for his crimes, said Charles “Charlie" Peeler, the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia. Clifford Terrell, 44, of Barnesville, GA previously pleaded guilty to one count of Bank Robbery on May 2, 2019. U.S. District Judge Marc Treadwell sentenced Mr. Terrell in Macon federal court on August 7, 2019. There is no parole in the federal system.

Eau Claire man sentenced to seven years in federal prison for possessing methamphetamine for sale

News Release: MADISON, Wis. - Brian M. McKnight, Special Agent in Charge of the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, and Scott C. Blader, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Manuel Small, 48, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to seven years in federal prison for possessing methamphetamine with the intent to sell it. Small pleaded guilty to this charge on April 17, 2019.
