News Release: LONDON, Ky. - Christopher Lee Serrano, 45, of Austin, Texas and Pedro Vasquez Cavazos, 63, of Mercedes, Texas, were sentenced to federal prison Thursday, by United States District Judge Robert E. Wier, for conspiracy to distribute nearly five kilograms of cocaine. Serrano was sentenced to 262 months and Cavazos was sentenced to 120 months.
