Rock Island Man Sentenced to Prison for Felon in Possession of a Gun

News Release: DAVENPORT, IA - On March 21, 2019, Maurice Lavon Cowan, age 26, of Rock Island, Illinois, was sentenced by United States Chief District Court Judge John A. Jarvey to 70 months in prison on the charge of felon in possession of a firearm, announced United States Attorney Marc Krickbaum.
