News Release: COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa - United States Attorney Marc Krickbaum announced on Oct. 16, 2019, Marcus John Josephson, age 35, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Rebecca Goodgame Ebinger for Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance. Josephson was sentenced to 102 months in prison, to be followed by a term of supervised release of three years.


Man Sentenced to 10 Years for Distribution of and Possession of child Pornography

News Release: TUCSON, Ariz. - On Oct. 21, 2019, District Judge James A. Soto sentenced Carlos Cantizano, 46, of Rialto, California, to 120 months imprisonment followed by lifetime supervised release. Cantizano is also required to register as a sex offender. A federal jury previously found Cantizano guilty of Distribution of Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography.
