Omaha Man Sentenced for Receiving Child Pornography

News Release: United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that Joseph Arner, 51, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced today for receipt of child pornography. Senior United States District Court Judge Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Arner to 66 months in prison. There is no parole in the federal system. After his release from prison, Arner will serve a five-year of supervised release and will be required to register as a sex offender.
