News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that a federal grand jury has returned a 16 count indictment charging Jonathon R. Cassatt, 34, of Niagara Falls, NY, with 15 counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. The charges carry a minimum penalty of 15 years in prison, a maximum of 30 years, and a $250,000 fine.
