Reclamation reduces releases from Davis Dam in an effort to decrease nuisance caddisfly population

MacDonald today announced the unsealing of a federal indictment charging GAGE ANTHONY NORRIS, 25, with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. NORRIS made his initial appearance yesterday before Magistrate Judge Becky R. Thorson in U.S. District Court in St. Paul, Minnesota. NORRIS was ordered to remain in custody pending a formal detention and arraignment hearing, which is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2020.
