Peoria man sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexual exploitation of a minor

News Release: PHOENIX, Ariz. - A Peoria man was sentenced Jan. 16 to 12 years imprisonment by the Maricopa Superior Court for sexually exploiting a minor following an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Joseph Charles Nolan pleaded guilty to two felony counts, each involving an image of a girl whom doctors estimated to be less than 13-years-old.

Strasser announced that CHRISTOPHER WATSON, age 28, has pled guilty on Jan. 22, 2020 to one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and wire fraud, and one count of aggravated identity theft, stemming from his arrest in Jefferson Parish in the summer of 2018.


News Release: United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that Sean Andrew O’Neal, 58, of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, was sentenced today in Omaha, Nebraska, to 54 months in prison by Chief United States District Judge John M. Gerrard for wire fraud. There is no parole in the federal system. O’Neal was also ordered to pay $477,324.27 in restitution to his victims. After his prison sentence, O’Neal will serve a three-year of supervised release.
