Elmira Man Charged with Multiple Child Pornography Charges

Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Brian Thomas, 59 of Elmira, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with receipt, possession, and distribution of child pornography. Due to Thomas’ previous criminal history involving child sexual exploitation crimes, the charges carry an enhanced minimum penalty of 15 years in prison, an enhanced maximum penalty of 40 years in prison, and a $250,000 fine.
