Boise Man Pleads Guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine

News Release: BOISE - Kimber Jac Marston, 44, of Boise, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than fifty grams of methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Bart M. Davis announced today. Marston was indicted by a federal grand jury in Boise on March 12, 2019. Sentencing is set for October 6, 2020, before U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill at the federal courthouse in Boise.


News Release: CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Tammy Newsome, 54, of Ashland, Kentucky, entered a guilty plea to mail fraud for her role in a scheme to defraud Toyota of more than $4.3 million, announced United States Attorney Mike Stuart. Newsome joins three other individuals who previously entered guilty pleas for their roles in the fraud scheme.


Kokomo Resident Arrested on Federal Animal Cruelty Charges

Minkler announced today that Krystal Cherika Scott, 19, Kokomo, Ind. was arrested and charged with two counts of Making and Distributing Animal Crush Videos, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 48 (the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act).
