News Release: United States Attorney Erica H. MacDonald today announced a federal criminal complaint against MCKENZY ANN DEGIDIO DUNN, 19, charging her with conspiracy to commit arson. DUNN made her initial appearance earlier today before Magistrate Judge Hildy Bowbeer in U.S. District Court in St. Paul, Minnesota. DUNN’s co-conspirators, SAMUEL ELLIOTT FREY and BAILEY MARIE BALDUS, have also been charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit arson.
