Esparza pleaded guilty to the charge on January 9, 2020.


Brevard County Man Sentenced to 18 Years in Federal Prison for Enticement of a Minor

News Release: Orlando, Florida - U.S. District Judge Carlos E. Mendoza has sentenced Gregory Clive Burke (57, Mims) to 18 years in federal prison for enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity. Burke, a registered sex offender who was on state probation after a previous conviction for possession of child pornography, was indicted by a grand jury on Dec. 20, 2018. He had pleaded guilty on Nov. 21, 2019.

Convicted Felon in Possession of Firearm Sentenced to Federal Prison

News Release: MADISON, WIS. - Scott C. Blader, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Deonte Turner, 28, Fitchburg, Wisconsin was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to 37 months in prison for unlawfully possessing a loaded firearm as a felon. Turner pleaded guilty to this charge on Dec. 27, 2019.
