News Release: United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that Janalee M. Ramirez, 35, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced today to five years and three months, (63 months), in federal prison, by Chief United States District John M. Gerrard, for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of actual (pure) methamphetamine and 500 grams or more of methamphetamine mixture. Following the prison term, Ramirez will serve three years on supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.
