Hannibal man sentenced for possession of over 50 grams of meth

News Release: ST. LOUIS - Cody Wayne Seabaugh, 31, of Hannibal, Missouri, was sentenced to 84 months in prison for possession with the intent to distribute over 50 grams of methamphetamine.
