News Release: BOISE - David Paul Roberts, 60, of Twin Falls, was sentenced to 300 months in federal prison for possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine and a concurrent sentence of 120 months in prison for the theft of firearms, U.S. Attorney Bart M. Davis announced today. U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered Roberts to serve five years of supervised release following his prison sentence. Roberts pleaded guilty to both charges on Oct. 1, 2019.
