News Release: United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that Timothy J. Kirsch, 36, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska for Sexual Exploitation of Children. The Senior United States District Judge Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Kirsch to 360 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal prison system. After his release from prison, Kirsch will be on supervised release for life and will be required to register as a sex offender.
