'Fugitive of the Week” Surrenders After Months on the Run

News Release: Concord, NH - “Fugitive of the Week," Philip Rory Gingras, 46 years-of-age, surrendered late this afternoon at the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office in Boscawen, NH. Gingras is required to register as a sex offender after he was convicted in a 2002 case for aggravated felonious sexual assault.
