Okmulgee Man Sentenced to 84 Months for Methamphetamine Distribution

News Release: MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Kenneth Roy Nester, age 26, of Okmulgee, Oklahoma was sentenced to 84 months’ imprisonment, and 3 years of supervised release for Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C).


News Release: United States Attorney Joe Kelly announced that Jack Lee, 38, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha for transporting child pornography. United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced Lee to 66 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal prison system.
