Autrey sentenced Nicholas Franke, 58, of St. Louis, Missouri, to a 24-month term of imprisonment to be followed by a 2-year term of supervised release. Franke pleaded guilty in May to one count of tax evasion.

O’Shea, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Travis Greil, 40, Wausau, Wisconsin, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge William Conley to 8 ½ years in prison for secretly producing videos that depict minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. This term of imprisonment is to be followed by three years of supervised release. Greil pleaded guilty to this charge on May 13, 2021.
