Gerrard to 10 years in federal prison for possessing 50 grams or more of actual or pure methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. Following her prison term, Gall will serve five years on supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.


Wilkes-Barre Man Convicted Of Drug Trafficking

News Release: SCRANTON - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Tysheen Gott, a/k/a “LB", age 45, of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, crack, and tramadol, after a seven-day trial before United States District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion.


Armed Bank Robber Sentenced To More Than 12 Years In Federal Prison

News Release: Jacksonville, Florida - U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Corrigan has sentenced Demarcus Daniels (25, Lake City) to 12 years and 3 months in federal prison for bank robbery and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime. The court also ordered Daniels to forfeit the firearm and ammunition he possessed during the offense.


News Release: Acting United States Attorney Jan Sharp announced that Hunter A. Towle, 19, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced today in Lincoln by United States District Judge John M. Gerrard for receipt of child pornography. Towle was sentenced to 10 years and 4 months in prison and 15 years of supervised release with special conditions. There is no parole in the federal system. Additionally, Towle was ordered to pay $18,000 in restitution.
